Alfred is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with.  He has years of experience, and it definitely shows.  Not only that, he's a really sweet person, and easy to work with.  I was doing a 1031 exchange in Rialto, California, and I was new to the process.  Alfred was extremely patient with me, answered all my questions, and helped the process go along smoothly with minimal frustration.  He even set me up with a trusted 1031 intermediary company that helped the process go through smoothly.  I also had to do a change of ownership for the property, and Alfred expertly shepherded that process through, too.  He was there for me every step of the way, from the change of ownership, to the sale of the property, to the 1031 exchange.  He was incredibly accessible, returned emails, texts and phone calls very promptly, and willing to go the extra yard to make sure everything went through smoothly.  I will definitely recommend him to friends and family, and I am definitely going with him for my next transaction in Rialto!

I am so impressed with Alfred Saiz and his company, All Encompass Realty. I am a full-time REALTOR in Phoenix, AZ so have very high expectations and they were exceeded and then some. We had a very unique and difficult property to sell in Ranch Cucamonga that we actually didn't think would sell. Because of Alfred's knowledge, expertise and skills, he not only made it happen but he overcame what we thought were impossible obstacles that would've normally killed a deal. I had been looking to buy a home for nearly 4 years. After multiple agents, and countless rejected offers, getting out bid by cash offers I had had enough and was thinking that maybe it just wasn't meant to be.
